How to make South African Biltong

 
This is my Youtube video on how to make biltong.  I absolutely love biltong and make my own wherever I live in the world.  Biltong is the perfect keto snack and great to nibble on when you are watching sport on TV.  You can adjust the seasonings to make it as spicy as you want.

Iceland Getaway

I was lucky enough to spend 4 days in Iceland.  The weather was terrible, but I still managed to achieve 3 items on my bucket list.  The Northern Lights, Blue Lagoon and to ride a snowmobile on a glacier.
